Dan Walsh

Broker

Daniel Walsh is the most senior member of the Thos. D. Walsh Team. He thoroughly enjoys property management and has had a plethora of success in building strong relationships with owners, vendors and tenants in his 41 years of service. Dan loves to read about history, attend Washington Sporting Events and travel to Ireland. Fun fact: Dan is a dual citizen of Ireland and the USA!

Keith Carr

Broker, Property Manager

After attending Colorado University in Bolder, Colorado, Keith immediately started working in his family business. In addition to managing over one thousand units, Keith is an investor himself. His passion is helping clients acquire their own investment properties. 

W. Blake Barber

COO / Sr. Property Manager

Blake went to college with Keith and likes mountain biking, camping, skiing, and fly fishing. He has three beautiful girls and a golden retriever.

Katrina Abney

Assistant Property Manager

Born and raised in DC graduated from Cardozo High School. Mother of one and grandmother of two amazing boys. Katrina loves the Washington Football Team, Oldies, Jazz, and R&B.   I love football. The Washington Team in particular. 

Alex Milliken

Assistant Property Manager

Alex graduated from Marymount University with B.A. in Business and Finance. Knowledgeable in commercial real estate lending and investments and has his sales license for Virginia. Alex loves tennis, golf, and his yellow Lab Lucy!

Cameron Goodman Carr

Sr. Sales Agent for DC, MD, VA

Cameron is licensed in DC/MD/VA and specializes in older property, rehabbing and multi units. She graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a degree in International Economics and Finance and works primarily with new investors looking to learn about DMV investing. A fun fact about Cameron is she was a child actor, staring and costarring in upwards of 70 TV shows and films. You can see her IMDB and Wikipedia for more deets. Her chihuahua Henry is the bully in the office.

Henry Batman

Property Management Office Manager (no, not really)

Henry is an 11 year old Chihuahua with a zest for nipping. Avoid him at all costs. If you see him, he will likely try to get you to pet him but it’s a trap! Don’t do it! He’s cute but such a meany!
